My favorite things to do and eat in NYC.

People often ask me what I like to eat when I am in NYC... so here is a list. I will make sure to add to it when I find cool things. You can feel free to make some suggestions for my next trip too!

LeVain's Bakery: http://www.levainbakery.com/  Oh man the cookies are like pasteries. So Delish!

Grays Papaya: http://www.yelp.com/biz/grays-papaya-new-york really inexpensive hotdogs, and if you like Mediterranean you can get a hotdog for the kiddos and a couple of stores East of Grays(the upper west side grays) is a fabulous little Pita place. I can't remember the name but it is delish. 

Katz's Deli: http://katzsdelicatessen.com/ The best Ruben Sandwich in the World! Yum.

The Pickles Guys:  http://www.pickleguys.com/  Rad pickles you can choose your fav.

 My favorite tea party place:    http://alicesteacup.com/  A really quirky and fun menu. My favorite are the peanut butter sandwiches on banana bread, or the grilled cheese. Oh and the Pumpkin scones with caramel sauce. hmmmmmmmm


Sites:
I recommend taking the Double Decker Tours in Manhattan. They are fantastic and you get to see tons.
I love The Frick Art Collection at the Frick Museum http://www.frick.org/  It is a smaller museum and will only take about 2 hours to get through. I have been at least 5 times. I love it. It  is a victorian home turned museum.
The Cloisters : http://www.metmuseum.org/visit/visit-the-cloisters/   This is also a smaller museum, it has a lovely yard, bring a lunch and have a picnic outside.
