snow shoeing

 So I went to Colorado to visit my cool friend Dave who offered to take me snow shoeing.

This is what Colorado looked like the week before I got there...

and this is what it looked like when I arrived... hmmmm

 

Besides looking foolish because of my lack of skill... it was a little awkward that most of the snow had melted in the 60 degree weather and I am pretty sure grass shouldn't be sticking out of the ground when you snow shoe.... in fact... 

Gorgeous... but the people jogging by in shorts may have judged me just a bit.
